MORE EASTER, EASTER CHICK CRAFTS, &  SPRING ARTS AND CRAFTS ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS FROM OTHER BLOGS

Easter Chicks Craft - This page’s Inspiration and Themes Challenge over at In Love With Stamping is to create a project with an Easter theme – for all the stamps I own, I don’t seem to have many specific Easter stamps but then I remembered this little bird from the Fun and Fast Notes set.

Easter Chick Crafts – Easter chick crafts to make from paper, egg cartons, pompoms, construction paper and more, plus lots of printable Easter chick coloring pages.

Craft Project: Skinny Chicks - Let kids create several of these quick and easy chicks to adorn their Easter baskets. I plan to mail one to my niece, who is away at college, with a note that says “From one skinny chick to another.” Have fun with these cute chicks!

Baby Chick Kids Craft - Celebrate the impending arrival of Spring with this Baby Chick Collage! With just a little prep before you begin, this project is sure to be fun for you and your little one! (ours is still drying as I write!)

Easter Pipe Cleaner Finger Puppets - When I had to idea to create some finger puppets out of pipe cleaners, little did I realize what creativity I would unleash in my children. 3 packages of pipe cleaners later, I have enough different finger puppet ideas for probably 10 more posts! I had no idea these would be such easy crafts for kids.

Make Your Own M&M’s Easter Chicks – These are one of the cutest Spring/Easter crafts I’ve seen. The little chicks are another of the sweet ideas sent to me by M&M’s, and I think the Easter bunny may be sneaking these into the kids’ baskets, too!

Cute Chickie Craft for Kids – These cute little spring chicks make the perfect gift for teachers, friends or family. A sweet treat lies inside this little Easter cutie! Be sure to check out our main Easter craft index for even more fun such as Easter crafts, recipes and egg hunt ideas!

Growing Great Kids: Celebrating Easter with Preschoolers – Easter is hopping up on us, so this week we thought we’d share some of the ways we celebrate this season and holiday with our little chicks.

Make Your Own Fluffy Easter Pals – Regardless of my Easter flop, I still maintain that chicks are essential when decorating for the spring holiday. Now that I am a year wiser, I’ve decided to go another (less sugary) route in an effort to brighten my home for Easter. The following chick-inspired craft project features easy to work with and oh so affordable pompoms. I suggest purchasing the larger bags and making an entire family of chicks, placing them in baskets, and displaying them throughout your home.

Craft Project: Easter Egg Duck – Kids will enjoy making these cute and easy ducks from purchased plastic Easter eggs.

Preschool Easter Crafts for Kids Inspire Young Minds – Easter crafts for kids is a great way to mark the Easter festivities, and a great excuse to get your classroom talking about Easter.

With a few simple craft items that you probably have on hand, create an Easter activity workstation for your young children and make some paper dot Easter eggs for decorations and gifts this Easter season!

Tie Dyed Easter Eggs Craft for Kids – Tie Dye Easter EggsI saw this egg dying craft on Martha Stewart’s site and I have no idea if everyone else on the planet has already seen it but I’m going to take the risk that the majority of you out there are just as behind the times as I am and this will be new to you as well.

Easter Art & Creativity Kits From ELC - Increasing numbers of people are looking for alternatives to chocolate when buying Easter gifts. If you too have noticed chocolates eggs becoming seemingly less special then you may find Early Learning Centre’s Easter Art & Creativity range a delightful way of marking this holiday.

Easter Kids Crafts - It is Easter time and with Easter comes Spring break. Spring break means that the kids are home and need something to do. I have been researching crafts all day to find just the right ones. I have compiled a list with the links of crafts we are intending to try.

Easter and Spring Crafts for Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Kids – As always these crafts are suited from 18 months and up, depending on how much parental help is needed. As for egg cartons, I prefer the cardboard type as they are easier to color, using crayons, markers and color pencils. But this time I did the crafts with a Styrofoam egg carton, which can only be colored on with crayon and some pressure.

Easter Bunny Egg/Flower Holder – Make this cute Easter bunny holding a flower in front of an Easter egg.

Kids Crafts for Holidays & Easter – Easter is coming up which got me thinking about how I am going to keep my kids occupied this year.
